Thick wool jacket, inside and out, from the 1960s. It was my mom’s, but has been stored carefully over the years. There are no tags, no writing of any sort that tells us the size nor style nor brand of the jacket. I think it may have been a tailored jacket, possibly made locally (in Chicago or Milwaukee, WI).
If I had to guess, I would say the size is a Youth Medium equivalent. Would fit a petite person under 5’2” or a child.
Beautiful and unique silver buttons! Navy blue in color with black trim.
There are some remnants of hair (maybe a dog?). No holes; no tears; no loose threads.
I truly just want to see my mom’s precious vintage items get used and loved in their second life.
