Description : Prenez une pause avec notre infusion de thé du Labrador. Cet aromate encore méconnu est utilisé en tisane ainsi qu'en gastronomie pour assaisonner les plats. Contrairement à son nom, le thé du Labrador ne contient ni théine ni caféine et n’est pas dans la famille botanique du "vrai thé" (thé vert, thé noir, thé blanc, etc.). La plante pousse aussi en grande quantité au Québec où nos cueilleurs récoltent les feuilles à la main, dans le respect de son cycle de régénération. Ingrédients : Thé du Labrador sauvage (rhododendron groenlandicum). Mode d’emploi : 90 celsius, 2 cuillères à thé, 10 minutes.
