It has been used, but is in good condition! It comes with the charger for the controllers as well as the cord to plug it into the TV! I am also adding in the modern warfare two game code that has not been used yet!! It has not even been scratched off, but will be included! This PS4 also does come with both controllers as seen in the pictures!!! The disc drive, also still works! And it will be dusted before it is sent out!!
