New housing had a pitting on the hinge, the hinge works but this may be a weak point.

-Excellent with very minimal signs of wear
-Touch Panel is the original so there are some faint scratches
A charger will be included.
Games are not included.
Note that the Nintendo DS console is only compatible with Nintendo DS and Gameboy Advance cartridges.
This is the original Nintendo DS and it's screens are not as bright as newer models however many prefer this model for the extra weight and bulk which provides a nice grip compared to other systems.
