New 3DS tested and works. Top screen has some scuffs, also has slight yellowing around the edges but doesn’t really affect gameplay. The bottom screen doesn’t seem to have any scratches. Refer to pics.
Includes a charger, stylus, and a 32gb SD card. The sd card has a few games downloaded, including hshop. Also has a few custom themes installed. Use the Anemone app that’s installed to access the themes.
Please note, this is a Japanese console but firmware has been changed to English. Plays English games with no problem. Works just like an English model.
