A shell made out of a combination of 600D dobby textile and hard mesh inserts provides robust protection while still providing airflow. Extra 1200D reinforcement at the elbows and shoulders add to the abrasion resistance. CE rated armor covers the elbows and shoulders. A removable waterproof liner and removable thermal liner add extra versatility to the mesh shell so you can stretch the jacket into cool wet weather. The thermal liner uses 100 grams of insulation on the body with 60 grams dispersed throughout the arms to cut down on bulk. The thermal liner attaches directly to the rain liner to keep everything low profile.
