As stated this was one of the Steve heads sold at the 2011 Minecon. Still sealed in its origional shrink-wrap, this faithful physical representation of the origional Steve design is still immersed in air from a much happier less chaotic time, a time before Notch selling out and monthly payments.
Pick up this bad boy and breath in one of the last gulps of air of a more optimistic yesteryear, as well as own a piece of Minecraft history.
