I bought it preowned, most of the scratches and nicks on the bag I purchased like that but honestly you can't even tell because the PVC is very shiny and you can't see in the dark, the condition of the bag is still pretty good and I always get compliments on it whenever I wear it out.. There are a handful of bite marks on the strap which has the most damaged but again, I bought it like this and it's never been an issue for me but it is heavily used and still kicking.
Comes with original strap, which is very loved, this would be a dream for a collector (:
