The Jordan 1 Mid Wear-Away Chicago (GS) takes a classic high-performance silhouette, dresses it in classic colors, adds singular and arresting details to those colors, and sizes the shoe for grade school-aged kids.
The grade school version of the Wear-Away Chicago Air Jordan 1 Mid uses the classic Chicago colorway of Black / White / Infrared 23. The upper sports a white leather base with a black leather Nike Swoosh. But it’s on the leather overlays where this shoe gets interesting. They're designed to be black leather with a worn-away look that reveals red underneath. You can see a black OG Wings logo stamped into the collar, almost hidden in the pattern. Black laces thread through black leather eye stays over a black nylon tongue that sports a red Jumpman logo.
