Frontline Plus for Cats

FRONTLINE PLUS is indicated for the treatment and prevention of flea infestation and control of biting lice on cats and kittens.

FRONTLINE PLUS has a rapid onset of action and kills reinfestations with newly acquired adult fleas for at least one month. FRONTLINE PLUS also prevents the development of flea eggs, larvae and pupae produced by adult fleas acquired for 6 weeks after treatment.

FRONTLINE PLUS may be used in the treatment and control of Flea Allergy Dermatitis in cats.

FRONTLINE PLUS may be used as the only product for flea control as it breaks the life cycle on the animal and in it's surroundings by killing all stages of fleas.

It is recommended not to bath or shampoo cats during the 24 hours after treatment with Frontline Plus.

The product will spread over the coat of the animal within 24 hours. Once spread, FRONTLINE PLUS is water fast.

Safety:

FRONTLINE PLUS has demonstrated a significant margin of safety for use in cats and kittens over 8 weeks of age and in breeding, pregnant or lactating queens.

Treatment Frequency:

Fleas: Monthly application is recommended. All animals in a household should be treated at the same time (for household dogs use FRONTLINE PLUS for Dogs). It is especially important to treat all household animals if any pet is allergic to fleas (flea allergy dermatitis).

Biting Lice: Treat all household cats at the same time.

One pipette of FRONTLINE PLUS FOR CATS will treat a cat up to 10kg in weight. For cats over 10kg the manufacturer advises to use a second tube or top up using FRONTLINE SPRAY
