All Eurita products are European tested & approved! Microwave and oven safe up to 550 degrees F. Eurita clay roasters are not to be used on grills or stovetops.
- CARE/USE: Soaking the lid before use allows captured water stored in the lid to evaporate and create a blanket of steam. This features is not required and you can use the pot without pre-soaking your lid. Place your filled roaster in the oven before setting your temperature. After cooking, be careful to set hot clay pot on a neutral serface like a wooden cutting board or dish towel to avoid temperature shock. After the pot is cooled, hand wash.
