This adorable rag quilt features a simple patchwork design made from numerous colorful squares of dog/cat themed fabric sewn together in a grid pattern. The characteristic "ragged" look is achieved by sewing the layers of fabric and batting together with the raw edges facing outwards, then clipping the exposed seams at frequent intervals (about every quarter inch). Washing and drying the finished quilt enhances this fluffy, frayed appearance. The quilt has a variety of bright, mismatched cotton fabrics which adds to its charming, scrappy look. It has a solid red flannel machine quilted backing. Super soft, heavy and cozy warm! Measures a large 98” long by 84 inches wide, which comparable to a queen size. Super clean and unused.
