This cut and polished piece of real dinosaur bone, also known as gem bone, agatized dinosaur bone, or dinogem, is mineralized bone which occurs when minerals from groundwater are deposited within the bones, which keeps the bone structure intact. It is one of five gemstones created from organisms (the others being pearl, ammolite, amber and jet). Many minerals can be found in gembone including agate, hematite, iron, pyrite, Jasper, marcasite, quartz or other crystals.
It's believed that the petrified bone of dinosaurs has the ability to increase energy and memory of the wearer. Known to be an excellent stone for past life work, it tends to connect the wearer with their deep past. Trying on a piece of Dino bone is definitely a unique and powerful experience.
