This bag is beautiful & has only been used a hand full on times, unfortunately it is quite dirty on the zipper area. I got make up/lotion on that area from the times Ive used it & I tried to clean it but I’ve made it worse. It’s been sitting in my closet but I’m sure someone can clean it & make it good as new. Other than that the bag is in excellent condition & still has its perfect form.
