Stunning pair of Mid Century Modern Blenko Handcraft Owl Bookends that glow under a UV 365 black light.
One side has a smooth surface and the other side is etched to create the beautiful owl. These were designed by Joel Myers for Blenko in the 1960’s
Original sticker attached on one. No chips or cracks. There is a fracture inside on the lower right corner one of the owls. See last picture for more details. This could of been a manufacture defect. This does not effect the look or structural integrity of this piece in any way.
Measures:
7” H x 5 1/4” W (in the middle) x 1 3/4” thick.
These are very heavy and weight almost 9 lbs without packaging. Will be packed with great care to ensure a safe delivery.
