This gorgeous new beach bag is made of a huipil in Guatemala. A handmade one of a kind bag. Beautiful blues, teals, purples, in these lovely flowers. Snap closure, one side has double zipper for storage and the other side has a nice big pocket. You can’t tell by the pictures but there are sparkle treads throughout. Of course it’s not only a beach bag but that is what I had it commissioned for. If you’re not familiar with what a huipil is, it’s a handmade shirt or panel. Made thread by thread by artisans that are taught this amazing trade passed down by generations.
