*Upgraded the Ram it now has all the slots filled.
*brand new battery free of charge.
*minor flaws to the case it can all be replaced for fairly cheap though.
*no hard drive or charger included. takes a standard Asus charger.
*the backlit keyboard stopped working but it just needs a new connector and should be fixed which is a very cheap fix.
*Overall a solid laptop for gaming and work it offers a GTX560m graphics card which CAN be upgraded and has intel i5 CPU and it can run GrandTheftAuto 5 MOST CallOfDuty's and a lot of other modern games on medium/high settings Great device imo.
