This is rigging hardware designed for fishing gear used for round haul nets. Use it to connect an Auto Shackle and a Purse Ring. The large inner diameter of the ring improves the degree of freedom for the connecting part. When connecting the two parts of the main body, you can firmly fix the center pin with the spring pin. Use a hammer to insert the pin into the hole of the collar.
