API LIQUID SUPER ICK CURE Freshwater & Saltwater Fish Medication is specially formulated to help heal freshwater and saltawater fish of icthyophthirius ("Ich") or Cryptocaryon, which are highly contagious parasitic diseases. This treatment not only helps cure Ich, but it also creates a synthetic slime coat that helps protect against secondary infection. Some saltwater invertebrates, such as corals may be sensitive to this medication, so it's not recommended for reef aquariums. If the medication causes slight discoloration, add activated carbon to the filter. Dose according to directions on product packaging and label. This treatment can be used in freshwater or saltwater aquariums.
