These are Anchor Hocking Royal Ruby Bubble tumblers.
The distinctive "bubble" pattern was produced by Hocking Glass Company and then Anchor Hocking Glass from the 1930s until the mid-1960s.
The deep red color, known as "Royal Ruby," was achieved by adding selenium to the molten glass.
